We are licensing our SMS subscription service to suitable companies outside the boarders of SA. A licensed partner may start a similar service in their town or country; we install the system, provide technical support and conduct future development initiatives.

We can provide a turn-key solution together with full technical support. You must be strong in marketing to make a success in your country.

License holders earn revenue from the following;

• Monthly subscription fee to their subscribers (100%)
• SMS messages (+/-33%, depending on network and country)
• Premium rated return messages (+/- 50%, depending on network and country)
• Installation costs when installing the program on the subscriber's computer (100%)
• On-site Support to subscribers (100%)
• Advertising revenue, e.g. sponsored messages (100% - can be a substantial amount)

In our current marketing campaigns we’ve been focusing mostly on the medical industry and found that more than 90% of doctors that have been visited do NOT have such a service installed. The same percentage applies to hair stylists, beauticians, churches, hotels, libraries, video stores and many other prospective clients.

Turnover
The number of subscribers may change drastically, depending on the area where the service is rendered. Figures below are based solely on a South African scenario (South African Rand), comparing to similar services provided by other cell phone providers.

The money currently charged for installation (SAR 995-00 / $152 per seat) covers the marketing and installation costs for a SA subscriber.

Monthly subscription fee is SAR 149-00/ $24 per seat and the following table provides an estimated turnover for different numbers of subscribers.

Licensing Fees

You can set your own price for re-selling subscriptions, SMS messages and providing support.

The following components are included;

• A subscriber management online interface;
• User activity tracking and reporting;
• Desktop software;
• A subscriber management tool;
• An upgrade tool that simplifies upgrading of desktop applications.
• Marketing material (posters & pamphlets) similar to what we're currently using. You will have to re-print pamphlets after changing names and contact details to your own.
• Technical support to your technical team.

1. The once-off licensing/registration/setup fee is determined through a bid process. You are free to make us an offer and we will either accept or decline.

Bids are evaluated according to the following criteria;

• Your business plan
  • Advertising strategy
  • Timelines for implementation
  • Funding
• Population of town/country where license is required.
• Price.
• Financial stability of the applicant (individual or company).
• Other offers from the same country.

You are welcome to submit a bid for your town or country.

We reserve the right not to accept the highest or any bid for a particular area. 

2. The monthly subscription fee is based on the number of subscribers and the population in the geographical area where the service is provided. The subscription covers the hosting fees and support to your technical team.

The minimum monthly licensing fee is largest of SAR 20 000 / $3100 per month or 15% of the monthly subscription fees. 

3. Customization and additional development costs (IF required) . The service can be customized and integrated with other systems. Costs are dependant on the scope of work and can only be determined once we have a proper understanding of what is required.
