Conditions of use

1. Qualitone Multimedia Cc (24Spy) provides online security services (the "Services") to those persons ("Users") who utilize its Service.
   
2. By using the Service, each User agrees to be bound by all of the Conditions of Use set forth in the following paragraphs.
   
3. No User may reproduce, or otherwise utilize, services provided by 24Spy without the written permission of Qualitone Multimedia cc. Consequently, without such written permission, no User may resell or commercially exploit the data obtained by use of the service.
   
4. Each User acknowledges that 24Spy has copyrighted the contents of the Service as a compilation copyright and that reproductions, redistribution or publication of such content is prohibited without the express written consent of 24Spy.
   
5. 24Spy reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to any User.
   
6. By providing information to 24Spy, each User hereby grants permission for 24Spy to use such information for any purpose unless a restriction on such use is transmitted to 24Spy by e-mail prior to such use. 24Spy shall not, however sell such information to any person for the purpose of solicitation of any kind. 
   
7. These Conditions of Use may be modified by 24Spy at any time by publication through the Service.
   
8. EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER 24Spy NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES 24Spy OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS DEPENDENT ON SERVICES PROVIDED BY CELL & TELEPHONE   NETWORKS AS WELL AS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS. IT IS THEREFORE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS SERVICE. NEITHER 24Spy NOR ANY ONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.
